L2584. Something of an historic moment on the Metropolitan Railway, as the first train reaches Pinner in 1885. The engine hauling the train is either No. 65 or No. 66. Built in 1885 (works no. 2674 & 2675), these were the last of the 4-4-0 Beyer Peacock B-Class Metropolitan locos. | |
