Girder overbridge

Girder overbridge

L1378. Girder overbridge south of Hucknall station, Nottinghamshire, circa 1897. The bridge carries Park Drive. The permanent way has been laid, but more ballast was probably required before the Line could be opened for traffic. Logan & Hemingway was the contractor responsible for building this section of the Railway (Contract No.1 Annesley to Leake).
