| G3282. The type 143 was a revised t135 fitted with Aquila engines. It was registered G-ADEK on March 22nd 1935 but only ever showed its mark R-14 as an Aquila test bed. It rarely left Filton and was not persued, one reason was the lack of a suitable variable pitch propellor. It is understood that after being stored for some time the aircraft was scrapped at the beginning of the war in 1939/40. | |
