L1587. Brick arch overbridge carrying the Mixbury to Westbury Road over the London Extension near Finmere, Buckinghamshire, circa 1897. The contractor's temporary rails are typically poorly laid and maintained, and the cutting has yet to be dressed. Walter Scott & Co. of Newcastle upon Tyne was the contractor who built this section of the Railway (Contract No.6, Brackley to Quainton Road).
