T1525. Page twenty-nine from a booklet produced in 1903 by the Co-operative Wholesale Society. This page contains illustrations of the Company's soap works at Irlam, and oil and tallow works in Sydney. The soap works was established on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal in 1894. The factory in Sydney was later constructed to supply the Irlam works.
